Stall-Holder Application

The Willunga Almond Blossom Festival now in its 49th year; is held annually in the last weekend in July and attracts around 10,000 visitors to the region. The festival market is a firm favourite with our visitors and stallholders alike and we invite you to be part of this fantastic weekend event and join the fun of the market.

Market Stallholder applications are open to book for Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th July 2018; where both days will entertain and amuse friends and families both young and young at heart.


Festival Markets Weekend Open Hours


  • Saturday 12 noon – 9.00pm [Fireworks @ 7pm]

  • Sunday 10.30am - 4.30pm [Street Parade @ 10am]

  • Weekend rate [both days] $100

  • Single Day $75

Stall space is available inside the Festival Hall [basketball stadium] and outside around the oval

Inside the Festival Hall stalls will be required to book and be present for both days - $100 (excluding Community Stalls) The HUGE plus is we invite you to drop off goods on Friday afternoon from 3pm – 7pm then set up on Saturday morning – walk away at 6.30 Saturday evening – & walk in ready to go again on Sunday - with overnight security both nights

  • Layout as 2017 - Two trestle tables will be provided per indoor stall these will be in either an “L” shape in blocks of four in the centre of the hall or around the walls

  • NB: not strictly 3 metres square as per outside stalls

  • Power available upon request

  • No overhead ‘Gazebo’ style stalls to be erected inside ie: clear line of sight at all stalls

  • The hall will be closed at 6.30pm Saturday as fireworks commence at 7pm

Set Up Times


****NOTE: Inside stalls can have the option of dropping of products only between 3 – 7pm Friday

  • Saturday gates open 9.00am

  • Vehicles removed by 11.00am

  • Sunday gates open 8.00am

  • Vehicles removed by 9.30am

  • Entry is via the Gordon Miller Memorial Gate on Railway Terrace, Willunga

  • A stallholder & site location list will be at the entry gate to verify your attendance to gain access

  • Parking is available in the carpark at the end of Railway Terrace

  • We ask that you unload quickly and remove your vehicles to the parking area

Pack Up Times


Two Day Stallholders


Outside traders may bring their vehicles into the grounds between 5.00-5.30pm Sunday

Inside traders may bring their vehicles into the grounds or choose to use the front egress point of the Festival Hall between 5.00-5.30 pm

Single Day Stallholders on Saturday Outside traders may bring their vehicles into the grounds between 7.30-8.30pm

  1. Sites are non-transferable & refunds are at the discretion of the event coordinator

  2. Goods sold/displayed must be what are stated on your application form

  3. Stallholders are required to have current liability insurance. A Certificate of Currency is required as proof

  4. Stallholders are responsible for ensuring their products conform to Australian Standards

  5. The Willunga Almond Blossom Festival organisers reserve the right to refuse of deny the right to trade if the goods are not of a suitable standard, for example offensive, dangerous or illegal products

  6. In keeping with a good environmental policy, we ask all food and drinks be served in biodegradable or recyclable containers and biodegradable or recyclable materials be used for packaging and sale of goods

  7. Stallholders are responsible for the disposal of their own rubbish and sites must be left clean
